Natalie is one of the directors of the company and has been working in the mental health sector since the age of 18 years old. Natalie initially found her passion for mental health in the United Kingdom and worked in acute hospital settings and then immigrated to Australia in 2006. Natalie remained in hospital settings until 2017 and then worked within the Cairns community supporting people experiencing chronic homelessness and mental health illness until 2022. Natalie is able to build therapeutic relationships, which then builds trust, and subsequently achieves extraordinary outcomes. Natalie is currently at the end stages of her Bachelor of Psychology degree with the aim to offer even more supports to her participants to achieve the best quality of life. Natalie walked the Camino De Santiago in 2019 to raise funds for the Wheels Of Wellness (a 820km solo walk through the French Pyrenees'): The funds went to purchase a mobile outreach clinic to help general practitioners, allied health and nurses to tend to the most vulnerable members of our communities health needs.
