I can't speak highly enough of Anne, Natalie and their team at Innovative Supports.  They have been supporting my adult son for the past 14 months.  They have gone above and beyond my expectations with assisting my son on his journey with mental illness, addiction, rehab and accommodation challenges.  This support flows on to me as well, which I am extremely grateful for.

They communicate well with myself, the SC,  PM and the other services involved when needed.  Some of the areas they have supported my son with are:  advocacy, short term accommodation, Court appearances, medical and MH reviews, rehab and housing applications, reports and recommendations, creative and innovative resourcing to build his independence and capacity.  Since our engagement with Innovative Supports, My son has learned to trust and reach out to Nat and Anne.  This has empowered him and also created space for me to step back and enjoy more of a Mother/Son relationship.

Innovative Supports are very professional yet warm, friendly and relatable.  They have many years of experience with the supports they offer and strive for positive outcomes.  I am extremely grateful for and highly recommend their support services.
